[5 Day Mixed Juice Cleanse]


Recently, I decided to take on a 5 day juice fast as a way to reset my body and give my digestive system a break. I had heard about the many benefits of juice fasting, such as improved digestion, increased energy, and weight loss, and I was excited to see the results for myself.

To prepare for the fast, I gradually reduced my intake of food and caffeine in the days leading up to it. On the first day of the cleanse, I felt a little uneasy as I was used to having solid food.  I started my day with a [YELLOW] juice, and then drank  [RED] & [PURPLE] throughout the day. Finishing off with the [GREEN] juice as well as drinking lots of water to stay hydrated.
